Our final Escape-series weekend will take us to Bend, OR where we’ll say goodbye to summer and welcome fall and it’s ideal weather just right for hiking, biking and climbing. Warm days and cool nights will provide the perfect opportunity to explore and enjoy a town famous for its recreation opportunities and beauty. This event will also be the largest, so be prepared for all the fun and festivities that come with our Escapes, with a few extra classes and networking opportunities.
There is a good reason Bend has been dubbed the outdoor playground of the West, and we are excited for you to experience it for yourself. Bend is conveniently located just thirty minutes from the Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM) and is just over three hours from Portland International Airport (PDX). Portland is Oregon’s largest city and is known for its parks, bridges and bicycle paths, as well as for its eco-friendliness and its microbreweries and coffeehouses.
Escape to LOGE at Bend participants will select from a variety of activities including rock climbing, mountain biking, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, hiking, yoga, and more. Small class sizes designed for skill building and teamwork will provide ample opportunity to try new sports or improve ability under the guidance of professional instructors. Communal meals featuring delicious, nutritious food and wine from House Wine and Browne Family Vineyards. Nightly campfires with s’mores will provide time to relax and reflect on the day, with live music on Saturday night to wrap up the fun.
